***Hardness test by mobile phone manufacturers

Using a 3H pencil, cut the pencil lead into a cylindrical shape and grind it flat on 400 mesh sandpaper, apply a 1kg force to push the pencil forward at an angle of 45 ° to slide 5mm long (a total of 5 lines) on the product surface, and then wipe the pencil marks with an eraser, and then check whether there are scratches on the surface. If there is less than 1 line, it is qualified (3H).

Note: for OEM or SKD low-grade mobile phones, the hardness only needs to reach 2H.

***Testing of wear resistance by mobile phone manufacturers

Lenses formed by hardening: the wear resistance is required to reach 1H

Test method:

Use four grade 0 steel wool with an area of 1cm x 1cm, add 50g force vertically, and rub it on the lens surface for 50 times (25 cycles). It is qualified if there is no scratch on the lens surface after the test.

Note: the wear resistance of medium and low-grade mobile phone lens requires that there are small scratches on the surface of the lens after the test is completed, but it is required that the font on the screen can be clearly distinguished when it is installed on the whole machine.
